Former house, now offices. Late C18 with ground floor rebuilt C20. Pale red
brick, rendered dressings, hipped slate roof, flanking brick chimneys. 3
storeys; 3 bays, the centre bay slightly advanced and pedimented. Band course
at first floor level, sill strings, moulded cornice with modillions and blocking
course. C20 barred wooden cross casements to ground floor, 3-pane sashes to
outer bays of first floor, late C19 sashes to second floor. Lower windows have
rendered wedge lintels. Windows in centre bay have rendered architrave
surrounds, the first floor with paired wooden casement and top-light, fluted
frieze, paterae and moulded pediment. Central C20 double doors in simple wooden
surround with pilasters, architrave and cornice. Rear has dentil eaves and 3
bays of irregular sashes. Original boxed 3-pane sashes to first and second
floors have voussoir heads with triple keyblocks. Central 6-panelled door with
intersecting semi-circular fanlight, in fine rusticated surround with open pedi-
ment on shaped scroll brackets. Single-storey range of C19-C20 projects to
right.
