Two houses. Late C16-C17, altered and part rebuilt early C19. Timber framing
with diagonal bracing is exposed to front of second bay and to rear of left
bays; whitewashed render and brick infill. Remainder rebuilt in colourwashed
brick. Rendered stone plinth. Pantile roof, brick chimneys to left and centre,
rendered chimney between right bay. 2 storeys and cellar; 4 bays. Left bay has
C19 2-light horizontal sliding sashes. Second bay has similar first floor
window, C20 2-light barred wooden casement to ground floor and cellar vents.
Right hand of range has C20 3-light barred wooden casements to first floor, bay
window to left, and 4-pane sash to ground floor right. Blocked door and C20
door between right bays share C20 flat wooden hood. Door to No 8 in left gable.
