Estate cottage. Early C19, for Normanby Estate. Coursed ironstone rubble
with brick dressings and stacks; concrete pantile roof. Single storey with
attic, 3 windows. Quoins. Plank door to right of centre with one 12-pane
sliding sash to right and 2 to left. All openings have brick surrounds with
segmental arches. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Axial and end stacks.
Attic sliding sashes in both gables. Included partly for group
considerations.
