Estate cottage. Early C19, with later extension and C20 porch. For Normanby
Estate. Coursed ironstone rubble with brick dressisngs and stacks, concrete
pantile roofs. Wooden porch. Single storey with attic, with low single
storey extension to left. 3 windows in cottage with another in extension.
Quoins. Plain door with arched trellis porch flanked by two 12-pane sliding
sashes to right and 1 to left, all in brick surrounds with segmental arches,
C20 casement in extension. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Axial and end
stacks. Attic sliding sashes in both gables. Included partly for group
considerations.
