Estate cottage. 1805 on datestone above door, C20 rear outshut and
alterations. For Normanby Estate. Coursed ironstone rubble with brick
dressings and stack; concrete pantile roof. 2-cell baffle-entry plan.
Single storey with attic, 2 windows. Quoins, those to left C20. Part-
glazed central door. C20 casements. All openings have brick surrounds
with segmental arches. C19 sloping dormer to right, C20 gabled dormer
to left, both with casements. Adjoins No 18 on right (q.v.). Included
partly for group considerations.
