House. Early C19 with later C19-C20 extensions and alterations. For
Normanby Estate. Coursed ironstone rubble with brick dressings and
stacks; concrete pantile roof, plain tile roof to bay window.
2 storeys, 2 first floor windows. Quoins. Central plank door in brick
surround with flat brick arch flanked by flush sash to right and canted
bay to left with sashes under a hipped roof. Round-arched entrance to
through-passage to left, with plank door beneath a radial fanlight
panel. First floor sashes under wooden lintels, the window to right in
a brick surround. All sashes with glazing bars. Axial and end stacks.
