Estate cottage, early-mid C19, with later C19 and c1980 rear extension
and alterations. For Normanby Estate. Coursed ironstone rubble with
brick dressings and stacks; concrete pantile roof. Single storey with
attic, 3 windows. Quoins. Plank door to right of centre with one
12-pane sliding sash to right and 2 to left. All openings have brick
surrounds with segmental arches. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Axial
and end stacks. Attic sliding sash in left gable. Included partly for
group considerations.
