Estate cottage, early-mid C19. For Normanby Estate. Coursed ironstone
rubble with brick dressings and stacks; concrete pantile roof. Single
storey with attic, 3 windows. Quoins. Plank door to left of centre
with one 12-pane sliding sash to left and 2 to right. All openings have
brick surrounds with segmental arches. Dentilled brick eaves cornice.
Axial and end stacks. Attic sliding sashes in both gables. Included
partly for group considerations.
