Small town house. c1810. Granite ashlar front, asbestos slate
roof with brick end stacks on the right. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 2-window-range front. Round-arched doorway with
6-panel door and spoked fanlight, on the left, and late
C19/C20 sashes under cambered arches with projecting key
blocks. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
