Small town house. c1810. Local freestone ashlar front,
asbestos slate roof with brick end stack on the left.
Double-depth-plan. 2 storeys; 2-window-range front.
Round-arched doorway, with 6-panel door and spoked fanlight,
on the left, and late C19/C20 horned 4-pane sashes under
cambered arches with projecting key blocks. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
