Small town house at end of row. c1810. Local freestone ashlar
front, asbestos slate roof with hipped return on the right and
brick end stack on the left. 2 storeys over basement;
2-window-range front. Round-arched doorway with C20 six-panel
door and plain fanlight on the right. Original 16-pane
hornless sash on the left and horned copies to first floor,
all under slightly cambered arches with projecting keyblocks;
paired brackets under eaves. INTERIOR not inspected but likely
to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: closely-spaced
wrought-iron railings with fleur-de-lis finials over forecourt
plinth and to gate to basement steps.
