Small town house. c1820s. Granite ashlar front, dry Delabole
slate roof with 1 hipped dormer. Double-depth plan with 1 room
at the front. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; 2-window
range to front. Round-arched doorway, on the left, with late
C19 two-panel door and spoked fanlight; mid-floor string and
shallow segmental arches with projecting keyblocks over C20
horned sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR: moulded ceiling
cornice to front room, otherwise not inspected.
