Small town house. c1810. Local freestone ashlar to ground
floor, dressed coursed local stone above; asbestos slate roof
with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window-range front. Round-arched doorway with 6-panel door
and spoked fanlight, and original hornless sashes with glazing
bars under cambered arches with projecting key blocks.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: close-spaced wrought-iron railings
survive over forecourt plinth to right of window.
