Town house in planned row, now office. Early/mid C19. Stucco
on masonry except stucco on studwork over entrance; slate
roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys over basement; slightly
curved 3-window-range front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes;
stucco rustication to basement; first-floor sill string and
moulded eaves cornice with consoles between bays. Doorway, on
right, is set back under first-floor bay with consoles and
entablature with moulded cornice; panelled door with overlight
within moulded doorcase. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to
be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: closely-spaced
wrought-iron railings with fleur-de-lis finials and turned
stanchions flank broad granite steps to entrance and ramp down
to return over basement forecourt plinth.
