Terrace of 3 houses and attached area railings to left and
centre (Nos 130 and 132) and boundary railings at right.
c1820.Stucco over brick with concealed roof, brick left end
and party-wall stacks and iron balconies and railings.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys to left and centre, 2 storeys to right,
all on basements, 9 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes rustication to central house; first floor band to
centre and right; continuous second-floor band; frieze to left
and centre, continuous crowning cornice and blocking course.
Windows: 6/6 sashes where original, taller to first floor,
with sills and in plain reveals. Entrances: 2 to right, No.134
to left, flights of steps to two 6-panel and 4-panel,
part-glazed doors, those 2 to right with side-lights, that to
centre has wide segmentally-arched light, and overlight to
right. 6/6 sashes remain to rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: to left, area railings have lozenge and
oval motif. To centre, first-floor balcony has double-scrolled
heart and lozenge motif, and lyre frieze below; and to area a
scrolled lozenge motif balustrade; lancet railings to right
side. To right, ground-floor verandah with pilaster uprights
and scrolled frieze.
