Farmhouse. Circa 1830's. Slatestone rubble with asbestos slate roof and brick
chimneys over gable ends. Originally 2 room single depth plan but now double depth
including later full length rear outshut built in 2 phases. Central stairs to rear.
2 storeys. 3 window south front. 6-panel door with overlight and flush beads to
bottom panels, this and the window directly above are slightly off centre to right in
window spacing but to left of whole elevation. 4-pane sashes to ground floor and 16-
pane hornless sashes to first floor. All openings with flat slatestone arches. 2
storey building at lower level adjoins to left with 2 window front. Window and door
close together to ground floor and 2-light casements widely spaced over.
