SW 94 SW VERYAN

5/124 Wellhead at approximately
- 10 metres south of Trengrouse
Farmhouse
GV II

Well head. Probably Medieval inner structure now with reused Medieval granite
fragments to doorway including sill and head of window for jambs and curved stones
with roll-moulded ribs possibly originally copings. C19 iron gate suggests date for
addition of this doorway. Semi-circular inner rubble structure with half dome
corbelled roof.
