Town house, now offices. c1810. Dressed and coursed local
stone with granite plinth coping and voussoirs, dry Delabole
slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan with
central entrance hall and 2 front reception rooms. 2 storeys
over basement, on the left; symmetrical 3-window front.
Round-arched doorway with 6-panel door and spoked fanlight and
original hornless sashes under shallow cambered arches with
projecting key blocks. INTERIOR: moulded ceiling cornice to
vestibule, panelled shutters, otherwise not inspected but
likely to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: original
wrought-iron gate survives, left of doorway, to basement
steps.
