Town house, now an office. c1810. Local freestone ashlar
front, dry Delabole slate roof, brick end stack on the right.
Double-depth plan with central entrance hall and 2 front
reception rooms. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front.
Central elliptically-arched doorway with pilasters and cornice
hood, 6-panel door, blind fanlight. C20 horned sashes with
glazing bars under cambered arches with projecting key blocks.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
