One of a pair of small town houses. c1810. Local freestone
ashlar front,slate roof. Double-depth plan, one of a
mirror-image pair. 2 storeys; 2-window front. Round-arched
doorway has 6-panel door with plain fanlight, on the left.
Original hornless sashes with glazing bars under shallow
cambered arches; modillioned eaves. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: closely-spaced
wrought-iron railings over a stuccoed plinth and urn finials
over the stanchions.
