Town house, now offices. c1810. Local freestone ashlar; dry
Delabole slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan
with central entrance hall between 2 front reception rooms, 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Round-arched doorway with
spoked fanlight and C20 panelled door. Shallow cambered arches
with projecting key blocks over original hornless sashes with
glazing bars to first floor and horned copies to ground floor.
INTERIOR: much original joinery and plasterwork including
moulded architraves and chimney pieces with corner blocks,
moulded and carved plaster ceiling cornices and panelled
doors.
