Small town house. c1810. Granite ashlar plinth, otherwise
local freestone ashlar front; asbestos slate roof and brick
end stack on left. 2 storeys; 2-window-range front.
Round-arched doorway with 6-panel door and spoked fanlight on
the right. Late C19 bay window with quadrant sidelights,
moulded cornice and hornless sashes without glazing bars;
original 16-pane hornless sashes under cambered arches with
projecting keyblocks to first floor. INTERIOR not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
