Town house with later shop. C18 on C17 site: C19 alteration to
front. Render replacing stucco on studwork; steep dry slate
roof with projecting eaves and hipped return on the right;
rear brick lateral stack. Single-depth plan. 3 storeys;
2-window range with late C19 six-pane horned sashes; late C19
shop front. Pair of doorways towards left and panelled
pilasters with consoles between openings; quadrant heads to
pair of lights on the right, moulded entablature with fascia
bowed above narrow light on left. INTERIOR has original floor
and roof structures and 3-storey semicircular winder stair.
