Town house with later shop. C18, refronted mid C19. Render on
stone; steep asbestos slate roof with projecting front eaves;
rear lateral brick stack. Shallow-depth plan. 3 storeys;
3-window range with late C19 four-pane horned sashes. Ground
floor has full-width late C20 shop front with fairly small
square panes; end pilasters; C20 door and overlight on left.
INTERIOR: said to have semicircular winder stair like No.2
(qv).
