Town house. Late C18/early C19 on C17 site; granite ashlar
with keyed nearly flat arches; steep dry slate roof with
modillion cornice. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. Mid/late C19 hornless sashes, taller sashes to 1st
floor; late C19 transomed double shop front with splayed
central doorway with sidelights; elliptical-arched top lights;
end pilasters with consoles and moulded entablature with
fascia continued over house doorway on left with 4-panel door
and overlight; C20 fascia in front. INTERIOR of shop altered
C20, otherwise not inspected.
