Town house with later corner shop. Early C19. Dressed coursed
granite; stuccoed front; steep asbestos slate front roof with
hipped return and lateral brick stack on right; grouted
scantle slate roof with brick stack to left-hand gable end of
rear wing. 2 storeys; 1-window range. C20 window over late C20
shop front with splayed doorway on the left; splayed corner on
the right; large ogee and tongue stop to 1st floor. Right-hand
return is 2 storeys over basement; 3-window range with early
C19 hornless sash with most of its glazing bars to 1st-floor
left; C20 windows to ground floor and small basement opening.
