Lower Windhill Farmhouse

Farmhouse, later C17 or early C18, altered. Slobbered rubble with stone slate roof. Two chimneys. To ground floor two double chamfered stone mullion windows, of three- and four-lights, the latter with a dripmoulding. Above are four windows with modern casements, taller than they are wide, but with chamfered surrounds one of which retains the head of a mullion. Plain doorway roughly central but another with deep lintel is blocked
at right hand side. Attached barn is not included in the item.
