House, formerly minister's house, later C18. Squared rubble with dressed quoins and
stone slate roof. Kneelers, gable chimneys. Two storeys and 2 bays. Recessed square
mullion windows of 3 and 4 lights to each floor. Doorway with plain surround.
Interior not inspected.
There has been a Baptist Chapel at Cowling Hill since the C18.
