Former warehouse, now flats at end of street row. Probably early C19, but
considerable mid C20 modification. Rubble two lower floors, slate-hung brick top floor,
left; asbestos-cement slate hanging to floor front and return to Back Street.
Asbestos-cement slate hipped roof. Three storeys, 3 windows, replacement
12-pane sashes; centre bay window set in blocked broad opening with bull-nosed
jambs and wide segmental arch. To left is small section of connecting boundary
wall with brick arched opening. Right return plain, with C20 addition.
