House in row. Early C18, C19 upper fenestration. Rendering marked up as
rubble, slate roof. Two storeys, 3 windows; at ground floor good 12-pane sashes
and at first floor three 2-light horizontal bar casements. Off-centre left a
4-panel C19 door to 2-pane overlight and cantilevered canopy, on 4 stone steps
with nosings. Brick stack back, right. Included for group value.
