House in row. Mid C19. smooth rendered front, rubble return, slate roof.
Three storeys, 2 wide-spaced windows; 4-pane sashes, but ground floor, right, is
square bay to low-pitched hipped lead roof to cornice and consoles on tripartite
sash with narrow single sash returns, horizontal glazing bar only. Off centre
left on 4 steps is 6-paned flush door with 2-pane overlight and cantilevered
canopy. Brick stack, right.
