Chancel and nave looking west. The nave has C19 roof with curved braces on stone corbels rising to collars. On the left, the south arcade has double chamfered arches on octagonal piers. The tower arch is double chamfered, the outer order fading into the curved respond. The north arcade also has double chamfered arches, but the first bay, nearest the tower arch, has a C12 Romanesque round arched. The others are pointed. Nail-head decoration and circular piers dates this arcade earlier than the south. Both arcades have hood moulds and label stops, some restored in the form of heads. (Photo Sept 2013).
