E (SIDE) ELEVATION): 2-bay. Window at ground in bay to left; blank elevation to lean-to to outer left. Attic window to right of gable; gablehead stack above.
2- and 4-pane timber sash and case windows; timber-framed attic window with top-hung upper light; 3, evenly disposed rooflights to N pitch. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled corniced gablehead stack to E; similar common stack to W; uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
The symmetrical arrangement, relatively small window openings and distinctive wide gap between 1st floor windows and eaves suggest an 18th century date for this house; it is probably one of the original houses along Wellington Street which was largely developed during that century. It remains relatively unchanged in layout and retains its harled stacks and crowstepped gables.
