Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay detached flatted house. Coursed sandstone rubble; 1st floor cill course; cornice; blocking course. Architraved surrounds to window openings.
SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to No 27; timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor; regular fenestration to flanking bays. Square-headed entrance to outer left to No 25; timber door.
Modern glazing (timber at ground floor). Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped brick gablehead stacks; circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
BOUNDARY WALL: coped boundary wall enclosing site; central iron gate to pedestrian entrance.
