Late C17 or early C18 house has narrow front of 3 storeys, 1 window, in
painted brick. Hipped tiled roof is the front one of six hipped, tiled
roof ridges extending far back. Early C19 canted bay runs through all
3 storeys to eaves, and has late C19 sash windows. 6-panel door, in panelled
reveal, has flat pilasters and entablature with open pediment covered by
tiles. Tile-hung west wall has early Cl9 door. Large, 3-light late C18
window in North wall. Much wainscoting inside.
No 12, Nos 16 to 28 (even) and No 28A form a group.
