Early C19 building of 2 storeys, 4 windows, curving round the angle from
High Street to College Street. Low pitched, hipped slate roof with parapet
in front of centre section. Sash windows with glazing bars in plain reveals,
the 1st floor centre 1 blocked. Ground floor centre an unobtrusive shop
front. This building, on an important corner site, has considerable group
value.
Nos 34 and 36 form a group with The Red Lion Hotel College Street.
