Early C17 2-storey and attic building of timber construction with central timber" construction with central
gable in tiled roof of fairly high pitch with new hipped, gabled dormer
at left. Gable, which holds sliding sash window, overhangs slightly on
moulded beam with 3 carved pendants marked "1613 NP." Roughcast front
with lst floor also overhanging slightly on moulded beam. 1st floor early
C19 sash windows in flush moulded frames, some with glazing bars missing,
Early C19 shop front to No 17 has modillioned and moulded cornice and
row of small pointed lights beneath over the main panes. Both windows
are oriels on brackets. Central door has wrought iron brackets with swan
head finials over.
Similar shop window but with plain, square lights at head, to right of
No 19; and round, modern oriel bay to left. Central half-glazed door
with diamond-barred rectangllar fanlight under heavy, bracketed, semi-circular
hood.
Nos 15 to 19 (odd) form a group.
