Terrace of three houses. No. 3 mid C18 with alterations in early C19 and later.
Nos. 1 and 2 early C19, the latter a byre conversion. No. 3 sandstone rubble
with dressed quoins to left. Nos 1 and 2 dressed sandstone. Continuous, pantiled
roof with single row of sandstone flags at eaves. Sandstone stacks. Each house
has 2 storeys, 3 bays with central doorway and blank bay above; renewed windows
have raised surrounds and projecting sills. No. 3 has early C20 door, canted
bay window to left, three 16-pane sashes and oval datestone above door with date
1818. No. 2 has early C20 door with 2-pane overlight and four 16-pane sashes.
No. 1 has early C20 door with 2-pane overlight, canted bay window to right and
three 4-pane sashes. Roof has slightly-projecting eaves and coped gable parapets
with shaped kneelers. Left gable has corniced ashlar stack, three similar ridge
stacks, right gable has rendered brick stack.
C20 brick additions and detached outbuildings to rear not of special interest.
