Formerly farmhouse, now cottage. Probably early C19 in 2 builds with C20 alterations
and C17 origins. Squared rubble, painted stone dressings, slate roof. Central
staircase plan. 2 storeys, double fronted, left-hand bay projects slightly. Central
entrance has plain surround, C20 plank door with glazed panel. 2 windows per storey
have plain surrounds, sashes. Above entrance are two mid-C17 decorated stones with
halberd head motifs. Each was probably the upper part of a 2-light trefoil headed
window. Gable end ridge stacks.
