Farmhouse. Late C18 - early C19. Brick in Double Flemish stretcher bond.
Pantile roof. L-shaped on plan with 2-room central entrance hall front,
outshut in angle, and rear extension with outshut. 2 storeys, 3 bays;
symmetrical. Mid-late C19 projecting flat-roofed wooden Doric porch with
square columns and pilasters flanking panelled door and plain overlight in
panelled reveal. 16-pane ground floor sashes in flush wooden architraves
with segmental brick arches and stucco cills. Similar first floor sashes.
Stepped and dentilled brick eaves cornice: Hipped roof. End stacks. Right
return facing road: similar single windows to each floor; single storey and
attic extension to rear with part-glazed door, 12-pane sliding sash and
raking dormer with casement and rendered cheeks. Brick coped and tumbled
gables to main section and extension.
