Circa 1840 Two storeys and basement, stone rubble coursed in imitation
of bricks. Rusticated yellow brick quoins to basement and ground
floor, yellow brick pilaster strips flanking first floor. Windows:
recessed, sash, glazing bars intact in first floor and basement.
Rusticated yellow brick surrounds and segmental arches, block sills.
Enclosed Doric pilastered porch with frieze, cornice and blocking
course. Modern double doors, rectangular fanlight. Flight of six
steps with modern brick parapet.
