Detached house of about 1830. Two storeys. Stuccoed. Stringcourse. Eaves
cornice. Built in 2 sections of 3 windows each. The East section has a
verandah on the ground floor, with hood supported on slender iron columns.
The West section is a curved bay of higher elevation. Glazing bars mostly
intact.
