A yellow brick wall with coping surrounds the property on three sides. On
Trinity Street it rises up to giant rendered piers, with plain entablature
over, containing recessed panelled and glazed door, set in panelled surround.
This gives onto barrel vaulted glazed and leaded conservatory with four
lights each side, glazing bars, leading to house. On Bellevue Road the
boundary wall has rendered capped piers with incised panels.
