Circa 1830/40. Semi detached two storeys and basement stucco faced.
Double hipped slate roofs, hipped ends to front, wide eaves. Plain
frieze and plinth. One window each, recessed, sash, glazing bars
intact, except on first floor of No 25, block sills. Lower two storey
entrance bays each side with lean-to roofs. One small window to front.
North garden front to Bellevue Road: similar to main front but with
addition of two dormers with glazed sides and casements to front. There is
a first floor sill course and the windows now have architrave surrounds,
glazing bars intact. The first floor windows have scrolled X iron
balconies. The entrance bays have recessed glazed and panelled doors.

Nos 25 to 28 (consec) with No 1 Trinity Street form a group.
