Circa 1830/40 villa facing Melville Street, adjoining Nos 25-26 Melville
Street to West. Two storeys rendered painted with flanking pilaster strips
and band between storeys, low pitch hipped slate roof, wide eaves, frieze
below. Three windows to Melville Street, recessed sash, glazing bars intact,
block sills ground floor. The entrance is on side facing Trinity Street,
linked to garden wall door by conservatory: Band between storeys and one
window on this front. To North and Bellevue Road the facade is also flanked
by pilaster strips. Three windows, two in bow to West, glazing bars
intact, ground floor has original French windows.

Forms a group with Nos 25 to 28 (consec) Melville Street.
