Circa 1840. Small villa. Two storeys stucco faced. Low pitch hipped
slate roof, projecting eaves. Gabled bay adjoining to West. Three
windows on main block, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, block sills.
Gabled bay has bay window of three lights, sash, later glazing bars,
plain strips, frieze and cornice, stepped apron. Central recessed
panelled and glazed door with splayed reveals.
Nos 35 to 39 (consec) form a group.
