-20-- One of the Belvoir Angels headstones by a Hickling craftsman. Small with round-faced winged angel, to: Alice Cross Widow d. June 7th 1749 aet 59. Poem: -Pale death will hardly find another/ So good a wife and kind a mother/ In all her actions so discreet/ As she who here lies at your feet-. (Photo Sept 2012).
