-19-- One of the Belvoir Angels headstones by a Hickling craftsman. Small slate, with round-faced winged angel, to: William Cross d.1744. Here Lyeth The Body of Richard Cross He departed this life March the 10th 1744 In the 67th year of his age./ Though death has parted you & I/ Our bodys to dust must turn/ I hope that we shall meet again / You have no cause to mourn-.(Photo Sept 2012).
