House and attached barn. Mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof. Two-storey, three-bay house, three-bay barn to right.
House: door with two rows of three panels, with tie-stone jambs, left of centre. Flanking it on both floors: two-light flat-faced mullion windows. Shaped kneelers, gable coping left end and central stacks, both corniced. Left bay roofless at time of resurvey.
Barn: central cart entrance has quoined jambs, lintel missing. Byre door far right with tie-stone jambs, window to left of byre door with plain lintel. Roofless, and in state of dereliction at time of resurvey.
