Barn. Dated 1704. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof.
5 bays, with a front outshut to bays 3, 4 and 5. Double board doors,
centre, under outshut, wall to left obscured by added lean-to, not of
special interest; original outshut, right: 2 stable or byre board doors with
quoined jambs and large lintels, that to left inscribed 'P H 1704'.
Interior: roof structure: bays 1, 2 and 3 have tie-beams and queen struts;
bays 4 and 5 (with outshut) have a raised cruck truss, the cruck blades
built into the wall structure and stiffened by a collar.
